Tsegaye Degineh Gugssa is an Ethiopian economist. He is the holder of the Federal Cross of Merit, a Knowledge Transfer Activist and the first Ethiopian who mainly brought modern Ju-Jitsu to Ethiopia. Tsegaye has a wealth of knowledge on community building, the power of diversity and what role sports play in bringing people from different walks of life together.
